WHY SENIOR CORPORATE WOMEN TRUST ME

Three and a half decades, one quiet conviction — Hormones should not cost you your edge.

For over thirty-five years I've worked alongside accomplished women navigating perimenopause and menopause — clearing brain fog, restoring focus, and helping them lead boardrooms and teams with the cognitive clarity and professional confidence their careers deserve.

Hey, it's nice to meet you, I'm Dr. Sagorika Mullick

II have sat across from hundreds of women like you — accomplished, driven, and quietly terrified that menopause is undoing everything they built. I am Dr. Sagorika Mullick — MD with 35 years of clinical experience specialising in hormone health, lifestyle medicine, and women's health. I created The Hormone Edge specifically because I watched too many brilliant women suffer in silence when they did not have to. My approach combines clinical precision with genuine understanding of your professional world — because I have spent three decades inside it.

How this Works

01

Find the Root Cause

We don't silence symptoms. We trace them — to hormones, insulin, sleep, stress, the small daily patterns that compound.

02

Build awareness

Once you understand the why, the how becomes obvious. Knowledge is the first medicine.

03

Develop the skill

Lasting change is a learned craft. I help you build the habits, mindset, and confidence to lead your own health.

04

Stay supported

Through regular follow-ups and a community of women walking the same path, change becomes sustainable.

Outcomes you can feel — in your life.

Within three to six months, with steady commitment, here's what becomes possible for your mind your career and your life.

01

Lift the brain fog

Sharper recall, faster thinking, and the words on your tongue when you need them in the room.

02

Steady focus

Sustain deep concentration through long meetings and high-stakes decisions — without the mid-afternoon crash.

03

Calm under pressure

Soften the menopausal anxiety and irritability that quietly erode executive composure.

04

Restorative sleep

End night sweats and 3 a.m. wake-ups so you walk into work rested, not depleted.

05

Cognitive stamina

Reclaim the mental energy to lead full days, travel, and present without burning out.

06

Professional confidence

Step back into your authority — visible, articulate, and unmistakably yourself again.

Things Women Often Ask Me First

AWhat exactly is perimenopause, and how is it different from menopause?

Perimenopause is the transition phase — often beginning in your late thirties or forties — when hormones start to fluctuate. Menopause is the point when periods have stopped for twelve consecutive months. For senior corporate women, the years before and after are when brain fog, broken sleep, and shaken confidence often surface most sharply. My work focuses on guiding you through this entire arc, with your career and cognitive edge protected.

I am only in my thirties. Is it too early to work with you?

Not at all. In fact, this is often the best time to begin. Subtle hormonal changes start years before periods become irregular — and the first whispers of brain fog and focus dips can show up well before menopause itself. Building the right foundations now makes the later transition far gentler on your mind and your career.

AHow does a 1:1 consultation work?

You book a FREE Clarity Call at a mutually convenient time from the link given. I reply personally and the consultation happens online. We discuss your symptoms, history, work demands, and any reports you have. You leave with a clear, personalised plan to restore cognitive clarity and professional confidence — not a prescription pad.

Do you prescribe hormone replacement therapy (HRT)?

I take an integrative view. HRT can be appropriate and helpful for some women, and I will discuss it honestly when it fits. But my first focus is always the levers that protect the menopausal brain — sleep, stress, nutrition, movement — because these address the root of brain fog, not just the symptom.

Can your work really help with menopausal brain fog and focus?

Yes. Menopausal brain fog, slower recall, and that scattered, foggy feeling in meetings respond remarkably well to targeted, physician-led work on hormones, sleep, stress and nervous system regulation. Most women feel meaningful clarity returning within weeks, not years.

What happens in the webinars?

Live online sessions on focused topics — perimenopause and the working brain, brain fog, sleep, anxiety in midlife, and leading with confidence through menopause. There is space for questions at the end. Dates and joining links are posted in the Webinars & Events WhatsApp group.

Is the WhatsApp community free to join?

Yes. The main circle and the sub-groups for webinars and consultation enquiries are all free. They exist to give senior corporate women a calm, private space to learn and ask questions without judgement.

I live outside India. Can I still work with you?

Yes. Consultations and webinars happen online, so women from anywhere can join. We simply align on a time that works across our zones.

Will I have to take a lot of supplements or follow a strict regime?

No. I do not believe in long supplement lists or rigid protocols. Recommendations are minimal, evidence-led, and designed to fit a demanding professional schedule. Sustainability matters more than intensity.

How soon will I start to feel better?

Most women notice early shifts — clearer thinking, steadier mood, better sleep — within two to four weeks. Deeper changes in focus, cognitive stamina, and professional confidence usually unfold over three to six months. This is slow, kind work. It lasts.
